Product Support Specialist

Responsible for technical product and ingredient information for XanGo, including, but not limited to, the following:

Country Manager - Mexico
Department: International Development
Summary:
Direct and oversee all business, financial, and marketing related activities for international markets.
General Responsibilities:
Create, direct, and implement market-specific strategies (i.e. MAPS or Market Action Plans) critical to building a profitable international market. This includes the management and implementation of growth strategies, IT development, localized country currency options, stellar customer service, correct commissions, relevant marketing materials, literature and sales tools, outstanding events, promotions, web and email communiques, and increasing distributor retention and recognition.
Responsibility for market profitability, budgeting, and sales forecasts. Drive international sales in each respective country or region by directing City Meetings, distributor education, leadership development, and overall distributor relations. Work closely with international teams, relevant department heads and country managers.
Direct the organization of City Meetings, venues, hosts, and presentations by sales team representatives, health care professionals, and company founders. This involves the representation and promotion of approved XanGo branding.
Supervise, direct and lead problem resolution amongst various internal and external teams responsible for market development. Collectively determine the most appropriate mediums and strategies to employ. Conduct routine meetings with each respective department to drive the localization efforts necessary for optimal business development in assigned country.
Reponsibilities may include the logistical setup of a physical presence in country (i.e. will call, office space, and staffing employees as necessary).
Supervise and direct distributor and country-related issues as they arise.

Systems Administrator Internship
Department: IT Operations
Technical writer to support XanGo's infrastructure team. Will work to document and flow the processes and interactions of XanGo's hardware, software, and network layout. Additionally, will work to create some support processes and operating notes. Works closely with network teams and performs other IT-related duties as assigned.

Project Manager
Department: IT Solution Development
Responsible for the daily management of internal clients and projects as assignmed. Position requires working with multiple projects on a daily basis to determine implementation schedules and timelines, to help the clients understand how to use the software, and to help the clients test their custom projects;
Project / Program management of all assigned projects - on schedule, on time, and on budget. This position requires a heavy involvement with the development teams and production support to ensure success of the project(s);

Executive IT Specialist
Department: IT Support
This role will work, under limited supervision, to provide superior support to XanGo\'s senior executives. This will include management of tickets, facilitating multiple modes of communication and a team-oriented attitude to resolve incoming issues. Must be flexible as the expected work environment will require on-call page support, weekend, and modified work schedules. This is a critical role to ensure that senior executives have superior customer service displayed to them, as well as technical expertise to address their sometimes immediate needs. This position may require time off-site for work in various locations where the executive(s) need(s) support.
Requirements:
Integrity. This position is very autonomous and requires discipline and an unwavering amount of trust to be maintained with the Service Desk Manager and other company executives;
Work Ethic. The incumbent needs to have a strong work ethic and be willing to be on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week;
Wired and wireless Networking and file sharing skills. A good amount of time will be troubleshooting, designing, and implementing company exectuvie\'s home networks. These networks can often be complex and challenging to design. These networks may also include print and file servers;
Very strong wireless (e.g. Blackberry) troubleshooting skills. One of the most important skills that thsi person will have or acquire is blackberry troubleshooting. This person must know how to troubleshoot, replace, or activate in a timely manner and be able to do so regularly under pressure;
Excellent interpersonal skills. This position requires a person to build strong relationships of trust. It is important to communicate with company executives and assistants in a manner that is effective and approachable;
Working knowledge of Mac/PC repair. Both PC and Apple hardware knowledge are necessary. It is not only important to be able to troubleshoot this equipment, but to teach how to use both;

Packaging Engineer
Department: Technical Services
• Responsible for package testing, package specifications and establishing production standards to ensure that packaging will meet or exceed customer expectations;
• Work with internal and external partners to support the development of packing to protect, contain, and promote new XanGo products and updates and/or making improvements to existing products;
• Manage the package development for new products as assigned: Packaging design; Preliminary sourcing of potential manufacturers; Performance testing; and Development of tentative pricing based on cost estimates from suppliers;
• Preparation of packaging specifications and appropriate production standards to facilitate package consistency;
• Develop and recommend appropriate testing for proposed changes to existing packaging or new packaging to ensure quality performance of packaging;
• Develop and present reports on testing to management and appropriate departments;
• Work closely with internal partners such as Quality, Supplier Management, Marketing and others to provide the necessary samples and information for line trials, testing, and accurate costing for projects;
